Well here's the idea to start with, it not complete yet though, just a taster.


The Research & Development Academy

It is the mission of the Research & Development Academy to solidify and enhance the collective knowledge of mankind and, to find solutions to past, present and future problems, and to develop and create new products that enhance our lives and help achieve the goals of the academy.

Upon enrolling at the academy our archives will be made available to you for your study. You will be given a level of 0, and will need to obtain a certain amount of points to advance to level 1.

If order to gain these points you will have to take a number of tests in subjects of your choice, each pass giving you 1 point. There will be a mandatory subject on searching the internet as this will be most vital in our development.

The purpose of these tests is to teach some of the skills that will aid you in your reasearch.

When you ave advanced to Level 1, you will develop a plan for a research project and deliver it to your immediate superior who will tell you if you can continue with the project. If you cannot continue you will be told the reason for this and will have to come up with a new project.

You will be awarded between 1 and 10 points for your completed project by all the members of the academy. The average value of the points will be the score for that project.

When you have achieved a certain number of points you will advance to Level 2.
