Am I wrong or was the site just down?

Sometimes it seems like the databases are down for a short amount of time. I don't if it is only me or if otherones also have that problem.

Hmm I have a problem like this too but I don't know if it's the same.
Some times with internet explorer the site seems to be down but if I connect with firefox it's working. Then I can't connect with internet explorer for some minutes and then it's working again.
I don't know what problem it could be.
