does anyone get an error when they try to open something (fe. Firefox) saying something like;

dwwin.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x7c882fc4" referenced memory at "0x7c882fc4". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

this doesn't happen everytime i open firefox but if i restart my system it doesn't show, is it a problem that i keep hibernating it or is it something else?

Edit: I can still run the programs ok its just that it is always "on top" which is very annoying.
