Hi,

Several years ago I was active user on this site.
I remember that this used to be a site with many active users, great challenges and very interesting community.
Came back couple of months ago to challenge all over again but the site is quite depopulated.

I understand that everything's changes and Blacksheep & Eric have no time to develop this site but I have no idea why there was no one to took over responsibility for this page???????

What was the problem?

One thing is pretty clear for me...
This site needs a lot important changes. Some features should be fixed ( like counters, logged users list, etc), another should be implemented,
UI is obsolete. new challenges should appear to attract some staggers.
Don't say a word about lack of mobile version.

We have two options right now. We can do something to save this site or we can stare on this dying site.

DOES ANYONE CARE?

A lot of people do care and its been discussed a few times already in other threads, but the problem is that as long as eric, tbs or inferno don't come and read what we're saying, they can't give admin rights to anybody. So unless someone here knows them personaly or at least have a way of contacting them, there's nothing to do but wait and hope that they log on sometime soon and give us the ways to get this site back up.

So maybe this should be our main challenge? Find them and let them know that they should take care of this site or give someone access to server.

I'd be happy to help with the site, this is a sensitive subject though. They should do something about the site but imho they have to rely a lot on someone to give him admin rights.
I used to be a very active user a few years ago. Nowadays I am still active but I only join to check the forum and re-try some chall from time to time.

Alright then, it's a race to who can contact either theblacksheep or erik first! I'll give it a try, after all I finally managed to get 100 challenges solved, this sould be simple enough!

I suggest to send e-mails to Eric, Blacksheep & Inferno.
Everyone who cares should do this. Maybe large number of emails will convince them to visit and to make decisions about this site.

I've already sent an e-mail to the owner of the website, hopefully they still use it. I'll try finding anything about erik or inferno during the weekend.

We could sit quietly and nothing would have changed.
However it seems that there are still many PEOPLE WHO CARES about bright-shadows.net. ))

I hope that changes for better are just matter of time.

To all those who might've missed it (I did for a while), theblacksheep posted something in the news section two weeks ago concerning our concerns for the future of the website. I thinks everyone should read it!
