Well, he wasn't talking about the other planets in the pic, he was describing a new language discovered by aliens FROM other planets. Well at least that's how I see it.

Now I know that a clock is in a certain way a representation of the ptolemaic vision of the universe.
I mean the sun circling around the earth like the hand of a clock... but it's maybe too deep.

i also tried many things about the galaxy, but there i have no idea. i have tried some ideas which are posted on the spanish forum,but i cant find anything.
now i wanna trade some with the clock.

I think this "Shorter" ALphabet just means to drop one or at max. 2 chars (most likely "j" and maybe "q")...so 24 chars would make sense....
