Yes, i only solved 94 challenges and proud of it because i did them myself without too big hints .
At a certain point i just stopped solving challenges because they are getting ridiculous difficult...

Just to give my 2 cents I will say this. It's been a long time since I registered here now and from this site I started playing other sites like osix.net, mathschallenge.net, net-force.nl, slyfx.com, hackquest.de, antica, arcanum, caesum's electrica, mod-x, spy-games.net, try to hack and many more. I did like so much mathschallenge and osix because they provide mostly the kind of challenges I like to solve, math related and programming related. But this site, maybe because it's been the first I saw and maybe because gave me so much in therms of knowledge and fun, will always have a special place in my heart. Here it began my way to this pleasure (solving challenges and learn) and I had 2 extra points in one of my university exams because I knew MD5, learned from challenges here so...
But lately, all that I see is players shouting with other players. Too many times I've red "all the players in first 10 (or) 50 positions are solution traders" and this sucks.
Have you ever tried asking a hint to TheHiveMind or Caesum for example? They always write you back very gently and never ask their hint back. I do believe that people like them (and inferno, rayden5, paralax, phas and many many more) are not solution traders but anyway here's the deal, now the whole ranking system is seen like it's faked by the behavior of some people who have traded solutions. You can feel it, it's in the air. There are too many posts in which there is someone accusing someone else.
I really do think that this should stop. Erik and TBS are great guys and always try to satisfy people's requests.
Please add smilies, please do this, please do that, this would be good, that would be better, bla bla...
I have seen many sites where you are not allowed to speak a word against their code because of admin rules like "Hey dude, I'm working for this site in my free time, not payed by anyone and if you don't like it then you can surely go somewhere else and play there!".
That it's easier. Either you follow the admin rules or you get deleted.
Here admins are trying to be gentle and satisfy users and we pay back shouting and criticizing ranking and stuff like that.
I don't understand. If you're here to have fun, just have fun! If the ranking makes this more funny well enjoy, otherwise just forget the ranking and try to get satisfaction out of that nice window.alert() that comes out telling you Congratulations! You have solved the challenge!
Let cheaters cheat! Let the admins care about them! I personally don't give a f**k if there are cheaters ranked higher than me. I just want to have fun.
But it's not funny when every day I have to read a post where someone is complaining because there is a cheater above him.
That's not funny. I'm sure that there are many other sensitive guys here that can actually feel the tension...
Probably the best thing for the admins here now is to carefully think about a good way to stop these complaining or they should better cut pm's so noone will have to complain again.

I thank you sfabriz very much for your opinion! Before reading it I almost thought everyone would've gone crazy .
Your argument is just what I think all the time: This site is for your pleasure, fun and education. It is not here to get upset about any other internet users who have a smaller number as rank in a list. I mean why even care in that way about "cheaters" and so on? I thought, as many times it was said by users, that the ranking is a nice thing and has a kind of motivating effect for certain users, but that the real aim is to learn, to examine, to understand. So what's the problem if there is someone above you in ranking?
I hope we all can find back to a better relationship.
