Yeah, I also agree with occasus. "Rank History" is nice challenge with me. |

[1] I think ranking history was a good challenge. If any IG challenge has to be deleted I'd rather it be 95morbidmurder or something like that, which is basically just tedious and doesn't serve any real purpose other than "learning" to Google and randomly pulling straws at which search terms to use and what results to expect. then again, there is already a much better challenge on that. [2] I believe I can release information on how to solve all the deleted challenges, once Inferno has stopped receiving feedback on which challenge should not have been deleted, lest he brings back a challenge that I have released information on. This course of action has to be supported by Inferno. [3] occasus: I thought you told me that you told Inferno to feel free to delete that challenge because it's similar to another one? Anyway, welcome back! Haven't seen you in a long time |

I also go along with keeping ranking history. It's good in that it has the small stumbling block that some come across once they know what they need. |

Holla. Is it possible to get the FBI challenge by E-mail? I looked very interresting, but I couldn't solve it yet. Thx. |

If you want the FBI CHallenge, I have it. I could post it online somewhere if you would like. |

Inferno said in IRC that he wants to create a "Deleted Challs"-section. theAnswer |

Sounds good to me. Maybe have some challenges in there that didnt make the cut, but were kinda interesting anyway. Something like that would be cool as well. |

To me that makes NO SENCE at all. Either delete them, or not. |

I think Inferno meant a "discarted"-section with full explanation (read solution+comments) why exactly a certain challenge is a bad challenge. This way future challenge creators can learn from the mistakes of others. Greetings BaRa |

I like that idea! The problems can be moved to a separate category (maybe one that can be disabled by setting a preference?) and solutions forum can be opened up to all. Keeping the discarded problems this way can: 1) Leave the challenges accessible for nostalgic reasons. 2) Give the solution to anyone who is curious, but doesn't want to deal with poor quality challenges. 3) Show negative examples for constructors. 4) Provide a sort of hall of shame (though I think the admins deserve some "credit" for bad challenges, too) |
