I'm new to the site, I'm doing networking for quite some time now,I have some cisco IOS backround,knowledge on Windows NT/2000/2003 Network ,TCP/IP,PBX, Securicam,electronics and others,the only thing I'm lacking of is programming,I just wanted to know if I really need to learn programming in order to become a good hacker. Thanks

Depends on what you want to hack.
To solve the challenges here you surely need some programming knowledge.
To become a good hacker it is very helpful in my opinion
