Hey, i like that idea too. BUT: Quote from unime: 3) Show negative examples for constructors. 4) Provide a sort of hall of shame (though I think the admins deserve some "credit" for bad challenges, too) When a challenge got deleted it is not necessarily because it is a bad example of challenge! Some got deleted because Inferno thought they are too easy / not worth solving them. E.g "Filetypes" was deleted first too, but i talked to Inferno that it is acutally a good one and it came back. Take my chall (Do you know this gate) for example. It was meant to be in the "info gathering" section. Don't know why it got to special, but that doesn't matter. As there are other info-gathering i agree to delete this one because other challs like that exist already. But i dont understand why all those should go to a hall of shame just because an admin deletes them for various reasons (thouh many challs are really bad) matrixman |

I think the deleted challs should be splitted into 2 sections: - Noobs: the challs in here can be solved easily but still can be quite interesting/educational to newbies - Waste of time: as the title says, the challs in here aren't worth solving due to the large amount of time required and guesswork But as some people already solved them their effort should be recorded in some way. And retired people (like Phas ) can have something to do to kill boredom |
