Hello in my opinion cheating is something everyone has to decide on his own. I think (or at least I hope so) that most of you are here because solving challenges is fun for you. And I'm quite sure that here are also quite a lot of guys who want to and who also do learn different stuff, starting at JavaScript, general programming and reaching to different kinds of hiding information in pictures and text. But the main reason in my opinion should be that you have some fun at least. And if someone doesn't want to solve the challenges and asks for solutions, it is his decision. Everyone knows how good he himself is. If a user spent lots of hours just searching the net, trying out different stuff and finally got a challenge, he can and should and hopefully will be quite proud of himself. A cheater on the other hand does know that in fact he isn't good in any way at all. So why do you care what other users are doing? Let them be That is my opinion towards this stuff. I am not going to punish anyone because he asked for solutions. This site is an offer to everyone to learn and to deal with different problems. What each user does in the end is only a decision of himself. I don't know how TheBlacksheep thinks about this, and I would also like to know what your feelings about this topic are. Now at least you know my attitude bye, HAVE FUN GUYS, Erik |

if people ask for hints there isn't a problem in my opinion but if they ask for the direct solution then it spoils the site, so if you ask for direct solutions then you are just cheating yourself!! |

Yes, he cheats himself. So let him do what he wants; if he wants to cheat himself why should I stop him? |

For the record on this subject I noticed that iloveallison's # of solved challenges has jumped almost 10 in the last couple of days. I wonder what could account for this miraculous ephipany of understanding. "You could work at being number one in a 26-mile running marathon, but what kind of accomplishment would it be if you used a car to get there. My 2¢. |
