You figure out the rest.

We have no clue LOL

Well, my name is pretty self-explaining I guess. The disadvantage is that I have to change it every year. It's already Dennis30 by the way B-)

Hi there. I also have a small history to tell. Once I had a small page with a so called "corner of loyality". That was just a page where you could enter your name and then a counter started to go. When you pressed the submit-button your time was safed with your name in a list and at the end of a month the most "loyal" visiter won a small price. That was actually very funny since some of my friends did not turn off the computer for days just to gather more and more precious seconds. I did this with the help of a small javascript and one guy always cheated: He started the page from his computer, changing the initial counter from zero to 1000000000 or he simply opened the page 100 times at the same time, and and and the list of exploit possibilies has been long. However, I have done whatever came to my mind to stop him from cheating: check the referer, include hidden textfields,.... but he always found a way to get around my security precautions. So I googled for javascript + security and voila: I found www.bright-shadows.net. (But I shut down the funny project because since this day I became challenge-addicted....)
Coincidentally I have been in Magdeburg, a town in east germany when i found this page (I'm from Berlin by the way, have just been there for an internship at magdeburg's university) and since I had no idea of a suitable name I just called myself magdeburg

And now magdeburg is storming the front :roll:LOL:P:drink2::drink2::king:

I had no knowledge of the fact that BaRa meant coffin in italian until axolotl pointed it out to me a couple of days ago.

Actually my nickname is short for my old nickname: BaRacudAz, which came from the fish barracuda. I thought the double 'r' didn't look too good so I simply dropped it. Added some caps here and there and voila. My nick was born.

Before BaRacudAz my nickname was Tune (not Tuna ;)), but I dropped it because of a collision of nicks due a join in the irc-servernetwork I regularly used at that time. I've had used that nickname for almost a year until I went online on my favourite irc-server and found the horrible message "Nickname already in use.". Back in the good old days they didn't have any service like nickserv. So I contacted the guy, I pointed out the problem but he convinced me that he had used it for years. So I decided it was time to change my nickname, so I chose BaRacudAz.
Didn't regret it ever since. Well.... until now... I don't want to be a coffin :-O, so I better change it to something else.
FeRetro seems like a good nickname to me. ;)

I wish I had such an interesting derivation for my nick. I was watching South Park the movie and loved the linkBrian Boitano song, but becuase I am teh wurldz wurst typesste - and very lazy, I shortened it to bb.

It was more obvious when I started at tbs - my sig used to be "What would Brian Boitano do?" ;)

However, I feel a change coming along - mainly because so many sites don't allow you to register with such a short nickname :(

Anyhow - that's the story :D
