.tk is very good...
i think these services (.de.vu, .net, .tk) are all dns,
and you can pick your webspace whereever you want.
(edit: google for tk+domain or take a look at denic.de)

I was register in dot.tk, but all domain is useless.

Maybe I missunderstood you .... but..
There is a difference between a domain and a webspace.
a domain could be just a registered name for some webspace at an0ther location.
TK domains are free i think, and keep up your privacy as well.
You can get your webspace for free too, at many hosts.

Yes yes, i want short domain,. because from hosting was 123123.freefronthostcom or so many better, so i want short www.123123.com or net

you cant get those for free...
all .com .net .org etc are only available when you pay money..
.tk is a nice alternative since its short and free..

It is also possible to get some .de domains by changing your internet-provider
