first of all index.php = frame set page and banner.html = banner.
i am making a page in frames and it wont let me put a .gif as the src so i made banner.html and put it as a image include (<img src.......). The image is a little short and there is white spaces around it (when viewed in the index.php) so i tried putting it as a background picture for banner.html. its works almost perfectly (no white spaces) but it shows the banner and 1/4 on the top line, for example: banner = 123456789012, it shows 123456789012123. is there a way to stop this ? (sorry if your confused )

Maybe next time it would be handy to add a screenshot or something so people would have an idea....
