Hello,

I think that the new sorting function a nice function is. But is it also possible to lock it? Every time I need to set it again.
Maybe its a nice function for the My Account section. Order challenges by: .... .

I used the new CSS for a whole 5 minuts, then it dissapeared, and even manually changing it I cant get it to come back.

Hi,

now the last Challenge-Sort-Setting should be saved automatically. :pc2:

Is there now a way to get back to the original order of challenges? If there isn't, then there is no need to add one! Erik, you do not need to do more changes!!

The reason I ask is that often a challenge is referred to by the number (e.g. crypto43). Since the numbering system could be different for two people, this will not work any longer. This just means that the name of the challenge should be used (or something like crypto43, sorted descending difficulty)

This is merely an observation and something that people should be aware of.

That said, I do like the ability to sort the challenges.

cheers

You can remove the sorting by clicking on the same column header a few times.

So you can. Everything is good ;-D

Thanks, beerhunter, for pointing that out. However, my warning that a challenge's number may be different to different people is still valid, albeit less so.

Hi,
  • 1. Click: Sort in descending order
  • 2. Click: Sort in ascending order
  • 3. Click: Sort "as usual"
The problem with the numbers is that in fact the challenges don't have numbers. The number is just it's position in the list.
So the number is no property of a challenge.

Cu, Erik :)
