While I was in the tbs chatroom on idlemonkeys, someone ( i forget who exactly ) threw out the idea of making it possible to deactivate an entire challenge type. I thought that this was a really good idea and could considerably speed up the load time when opening up the challenge page. I assumed that you could just add checkboxes in the my account part of the menu to deactivate whatever challenge type you want. I know it'd be easier to not have to scroll past all of the javascript and exploit challenges when I want to go to a crypto. -Element Never pick a fight with an ugly person, they've got nothing to lose |

Why don't you use the "hide solved challs" function? |

Because I dont want to just hide what I solved. I want to complete hide that challenge type. That way I don't have to have have any of the exploits up or cryptos up if I dont feel like working on them. Do you know how long it takes to view the challenge page on a dial up connection? |

mmh, I could download the whole challenge page, burn it on CD and send it to you if you want me to then you can work on the challenges offline... Simply write down your solutions in a letter and send it back to Germany so that I can enter them for you |

Thankyou for the offer mag, but I have the page at home. It's just that when I use a dial up connection its slower then all sh*t. Have you seen how much html is in the page. Its around 500 kb in text form. That takes forever to load on a bad connection. Even here at school it can take a good 5 seconds and we have a really good connection. |

Knowing Element and going to the same school as him ... trust me he is a redneck and it would benefit him and a bunch of others if this idea came into effect. |
