Did you know that
Opera is picky about its input and
it is great for developement with its error console
when you disable automatic redirection you often see software signatures from a webserver. (opera.com seems to run apache 1.3.8),
has a way better profile management than firefox,
is a nice replacement for outlook express (fetch/send email)

Did you know that Elcomsoft uses in version 2.0 of its Distributed Password Recoverty GeForce 8 graficcards to crack Windows-NTLM-Passwords?
It should be 25 times as fast as with the normal method.

Did you know that a consortium of 15 partners (Phillips, France Telecom, Microsoft...) want to make a OpenSource standardized solution for the intelligent house (means the integration and crosslinking of multimedia in houses). They made a linkchallenge with a price of 750 €.

Did you know that google wants to improve its translation? They want to search in their database and try to find if this text was already translated.

Did you know these senseless pages: linkis christmas? and linkif-loops (its very common in germany to say if-loop ... the text of this site: "If loops don't exist, there are only if if demanders" .... hmmm ... I think I can't translate this well...)

Did you know that i really hated when microsoft installed stuff last month even if you opted not to install updates,
well they just pulled something similar

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/10/25/windows_update_snafu/

But don't worry it's all included in the same price.

Did you know that this clip from belgian television featured on cnn, and later went all around the internets
http://www.gofish.com/player.gfp?gfid=30-1012098

often omitting the fact that it's a sketch aka not real. Because it's just funnier that way :) It's from the program "In de gloria"

we are just that believable.

anyway they have a crummy old site http://www.indegloria.be/

and well it's pretty ancient from 2000 now 7 years ago
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0235922/

but it still surfaces regularly like just this week in "the 9"

Did you know that scientist in Germany have invented a camera which can get its energy only by fibre glas?

well, being as fiber sends light through the cables, and to my knowledge we have yet to use raw light as a power source I'm going to have to question this one. I also happen to be in camera business (video) so I am going to have to question this just on that basis as well.

bah that's far too technical,

I would just multiplex the bandwith, and stream pr0n to the camera which would stop when a sixteen yearold stops turning the handle, effectively creating a perpetuum mobile

Did you know, that Apple's new version of OS X Leopard was released the day before yesterday?

Did you know kernel hacks have already surfaced to make it run on an ordinary PC, aka not some expensive mac hardware. Now I don't encourage using this hacked stuff for anything serious but, you could give it a spin, just to enlarge your knowledge in the computer arena. I'm sure you'll be able to find those patches.

Did you know that moose failed to live by the rules of this thread.

Did you know that Captcha is actually an acronym? You know Captcha's are those distorted images or audio to see if you are real, or a computer.
the letters actually stand for
"Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart"

which is pretty cool.
