The time I left here (in 2007) I made a new applet challenge, but it was never uploaded by tbs. It was a time where they (admins) were not that active anymore.

Welcome back Dennis29. You should give a try to www.wechall.net. It is a global ranking for challengers (with 52 challenge sites linked right now).
Lots of tbs members are still active there.

AFAIK wechall site is not by Inferno, he was a collaborator at the beginning of the project in some way though.
Actually the main admin and coder of the site is gizmore from your neighbour country (Germany).
