don't even bother loading the swf file. just copy the URL of it and do a view-source: thingy. then browse. you'll get it.

There is a (very old) bug in IE that can fool the vitim to type in his mail and pass into a fake login screen (at your site )...
The victim thinks he/she is at www.hotmail.com but instead he/she is at your site.

or you can download the hotmail homepage and change the source so it will show you the information in the address bar, very easy to do but only works if you know the victim (as in lives near you) or you could try trojaning if they have no security .
