If you look at the dates, the website was posted almost a year ago. It probably has gone offline in the meantime. There's a big reverse engineering comunity which you can find at http://www.woodmann.com/
They have a nice forum where they talk about all sorts of reverse engineering topics. They also mirror old sites, which have been burried in time:

There's also a reverse engineering community for beginners on EFNET called cracking4newbies (you can find them in #cracking4newbies). I don't know if they're still active, but they created heaps of material, most of which you can still find by searching for cracking4newbies on google.
