im new to hacking and HTML and Javascript and stuff and i would like to know...which programs should i use??? and which programs do you find work best?

your brain will do fine

- start learning the basics of html and javascript (if you do not want to create web sites the basics are going to be enough).
- install apache and php and/or perl on your pc
- read tutorials (for example mine in the tutorial section)
- get comfortable with php and or perl
- experiment

thanks, im using a Windows 98 and PHP doesnt work well on it so im going to download Perl and see what happens. Also when i looked up Apache on Google, there are alot of different files. Which one specifically do you mean?

download apache and use php with it. works awesome.
but you can also learn perl. which one you prefer.
