Hi Community,
I am having trouble with the pc of a friend of mine... The problem, I think it's a virus, is that the internet connection will always be refused and some applications doesn't start. Moreover somtimes it blocks completely. Antivirus and antispyware are installed but they can't find any virus signature.

On some antivirus homepages there are specific removers of malicious code, but there are too many.
So now I am asking you, if someone knows an application or a "method" on knowing which remover should be executed.

Hi , install some antivirus in floppy disk's and run when the computer boots , best way from my point of view.

i kinda know your problem,i had this kinda problem when i was on dial-up connection and sometimes it also apears now when i'm on dsl.
about connecting to net:when you try to connect to net it says that connection is refused because server didn't(refused) to respond.
dial up solution:it's about connections,try to make new one or try to look at properties
dsl solution:use rspppoe and unpack it,install certificate of it and make new connection,
but sometimes purposely server refuses to connect because there are too many connections.
about apps,maybe it's problem about file types,
if it's not then format partition where is windows and reinstall it.That should fix problem.
