VB crackits Olly works just fine :)

I also got Olly to work with the DOS ones as well, it just takes a little bit of work. Now, just to find where in the blazes that algorithm is :)

Second DOS crackit works fine with Olly because it's not a DOS executable :)
And for the first (DOS executable) try Turbo Debugger or SoftIce.

Okay, a new question for you... i've used SoftIce before on my old system, but the current version i have dosn;t seem to like XP at ALL!!! any idea or knowledge of this? .. if not, posting the solutions here would be fine ;)

LOL s4dd :)

Olly can be used for the first DOS crackit as well, just takes a wee bit o' work to get it. Right know I know where in memory the data is stored and I'm just tracking down where the algorithm is calculated now. Maybe not as easy as SoftIce, but for ppl like me who HATE SoftIce ;) and have XP (which SoftIce has probs with, even though they can be overcome), it might be a quicker, easier route. Then again, maybe not. Just my 2¢ on the matter.
