mod is easy you can just use *nix' bc
factorisation isn't you should look at RSA tools I can't really link you to tools seeing as there are some challenges that depend on this information.

This place will have more than just big numbers calculators. There are also tutorials (hence the name of the website ) and many different programs.

Of course you could always do what the cool kids do, and program it yourself.

bc (or dc if you prefer RPN) are ok calculators, but I prefer LISP.

Maxima is a powerful symbolic algebra system built on top of LISP. Maxima's factor operator works on integers and polynomials.
