I could swear I told this story here but I can't find it anymore. So here it is again.

Last year on 1st April I did a little joke with my brother. He is a fan of the German football club Borussia Dortmund. I have an old PC running with DHCP and DNS services. So I configured the DHCP to tell my brother's computer that my server is the main DNS. I configured the DNS to give his own IP back, when www.sport1.de was requested. Then I wrote a little PHP script which fetched the real site of sport1.de and replaced the main news with another text and an image.
So when my brother requested sport1.de he saw the news: Borussia Dortmund fired its coach. Everything looked perfectly real because the original CSS was used.

I think I need a bit of time to prepare my next escapade for this year. So I'm looking right now for new ideas to fool him again.

Does anynody have any ideas? Did anybody do something like this?
