some one told me you can do this with JTR befor ...... but i dont know how .... google didnt help much ...... any one care to explain

make a new file for example pass.txt the put the 'to be cracked' info in there so its like ????????????? . then save it and open command (start -> run -> cmd) put the john folder on your desktop then type in command 'cd desktop' then 'john pass.txt' (type this when you are in the run directory.

r3d5pik3 you would probably have to set up your own rules, for example to have something like one machine cracking one part and another machine cracking another part, say 8 char passwords beginning a-m on one machine and n-z on the other, etc.
