i was wondering if anyone here has dsl? and i was wondering if you could have multiple people online at the same time without having a network? |

DSL is still a single line, so you can't just rally three computers on without a network. You can however just use a simple hub to connect three computers on , and in doing so create a simple network |

you dont have to do anything major... buy a $20 hud and some cable and your sorted.... oh, and some network cards *sheepish grin* |

its not just some cable...the person that wants me to do this has computers in 3 different rooms so it will be a good bit of cable...but thanks for your help |

You could try to whine for more IP addys... at my parents' house I got a DSL-modem-hub with 4 ports and I lease 4 static ips.. no need for NATs and such.. --Diskis |
